The crash happened in the area of 485 Weaverland Valley Road in East Earl Township at approximately 9:33 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office. The bicyclist was identified as 58-year-old Wilmer Leid of Denver, the coroner's office said. A coroner investigator responded to the scene and pronounced Leid dead.
