Osha Investigating Deadly Industrial Accident In Eastern PA Federal regulators are investigating the workplace accident that killed a 52-year-old man in Fairless Hills on Monday, Oct. 9.  Oscar C. Martinez Bravo died from multiple injuries at Mazza Iron and Steel at 60 Solar Drive, according to the Bucks County Coroner's Office.  His manner of death was ruled accidental, Coroner Meredith Buck said.  The Occupational Safety and Health Administration told Daily Voice it is investigating the matter.

Bucks County First Responders Rescue Worker After 40-Foot Fall Emergency personnel shut down Route 1 in Bensalem for nearly an hour as they raced to rescue a worker who fell 40 feet from an overpass early Thursday morning.  It happened at about 3:45 a.m. April 13, Bensalem Fire Rescue said in a release.
