11 'Johns' Arrested In Sex Trafficking Operation In Central PA 11 "Johns" from 9 different parts of Pennsylvania were arrested in a joint Human Trafficking Investigation with the Pennsylvania State Police, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department, the Hampden Township Police Department, and the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office.
