PA State Trooper Hurt In Hit-Run On I-95: Police The suspect is at large after a state trooper was injured when a passing driver hit his squad car on I-95 on Sunday, authorities say. The hit-and-run happened in the southbound lanes in Chester City around 3:45 p.m. Aug. 6, state police explained.  The trooper was pulled over at the scene of a two-car crash when a passing car struck his driver's side door, police said.
