‘Tommy Louboutin’ Sentenced To Prison For Assaulting Woman After Lying About Identity A Philadelphia man who introduced himself as “Tommy Louboutin” to a woman he later assaulted is now swapping designer pseudonyms for a state prison jumpsuit, authorities announced on Monday, Nov. 20. Nhan H. Nguyen, 30, was sentenced to 22 months to five years in prison after pleading guilty to felony aggravated indecent assault without consent and misdemeanor indecent assault without consent, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office. DNA Connects Quarryville Man To 11-Year-Old Rape Victim: Police DNA evidence has linked a Quarryville man to the rape of an 11-year-old girl, police announced on Friday, July 14, 2023.  Shane Howe, 27, has been under investigation since the Quarryville police were called to a house in the 300 block of West Stanton Road on Dec. 2 2022, according to the police release.  While on the scene for that incident, an 11-year-old girl "confided in the Officer that.
