A Maryland woman is facing attempted homicide charges after stabbing a Chester County resident on Wednesday, Nov. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police. A West Chester woman is accused of falling asleep on the road with a 3-year-old girl in the car, troopers said in a release. The woman, 35, was found in the travel lanes of Commons Drive in Lower Oxford on the morning of March 13, according to state police. Her name was not reported. Police believe she was under the influence of drugs and said they found "open bags of heroin/fentanyl" in plain view.
