Ahmed Bouda, 29 has been charged after authorities said he struck and killed Corey Claybrook around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 14 on the 600 block of Springfield Avenue then fled the scene, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Ramsey Man Sues FanDuel Over $5,800 Loss: 'It's Atrocious' A Bergen County man has filed a lawsuit against online sports betting website FanDuel alleging the company breached its own policy and failed to pay him his full winnings after he pulled out of an active bet. Train Operator Dead, 24 Passengers Hurt In NJ Transit Crash With Tree In Mansfield A train operator was killed and multiple others hurt after a tree fell on an NJ Transit train Monday morning, Oct. 14 in Burlington County. The incident happened around 6 a.m. on the River LINE train, which had been heading north from Trenton when it struck a tree south of the Roebling Station in Mansfield Township, an NJ Transit spokesperson said. The 38-year-old Budd Lake (Morris County) driver lost control of the 2022 Mack truck in the eastbound lanes in Clifton while trying to avoid a crash with another car around 5:05 a.m. near Main Avenue, Police Lt.
