A man was shot and killed in the parking lot of a mosque on Tuesday evening, July 30, according to Philadelphia police. Raheem Jefferson, 43, suffered multiple gunshot wounds near Al-Aqsa Islamic Society, 1501 Germantown Avenue, authorities said. Donte Vaughn, 40, is being held in lieu of a $99,000 bond, court records show.
