Rowhome Fire Leaves 7 Families Homeless in Delaware County: Authorities A rowhome fire in Delaware County left seven families homeless on Sunday, Nov. 17, according to authorities. The blaze broke out in one rowhome in the 1100 block of Taylor Street in Folcroft Borough at about 3 p.m.,  Assistant Fire Chief of the Folcroft Borough Fire Company Robert Thompson Jr. told Daily Voice. Everyone made it out of the homes as the fire spread, Thompson said. There were no injuries. Roadwork To Begin In Lower Moreland, Peco Says Lower Moreland drivers are advised of upcoming roadwork to begin on July 1.  PECO will be installing new underground gas pipes on Warminster Road, a project that's expected to wrap sometime in October, the utility company says. Phony Peco 'Employees' Sought By Police In Parkesburg Police are investigating three men who claimed to work for energy company PECO in Parkesburg this week.  Authorities said the suspects approached residents at the Parkesedge Elderly Apartments claiming to work for the electrical company on Thursday, March 21. They were described as one white man and two black men, according to police.  Investigators said the trio left in a white sedan, possibly a BMW, with dark-tinted windows.  Anyone with information is asked to call Parkesburg Borough Police Department at 610-857-3535.

Crews used hydraulic rescue tools to free the driver from the crash scene at West Chester Pike and Montrose Avenue around 6:35 p.m., according to the Upper Darby Fire Department.
