Missing Endangered Alert Issued For 74-Year-Old Woman: PA State Police Pennsylvania State Police in Rockview are searching for a missing endangered woman last seen in Centre County on Christmas Day. Frances Mottorn, 74, of Bellefonte, was last observed between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Dec. 25 at Mount Nittany Medical Center, where she was visiting a patient, police said. She has not returned home and may be disoriented. Mottorn is described as 5 feet, 2 inches tall with a small build, brown hair, and brown eyes.
