Suspect Sought For Attempted Sexual Assault In Philadelphia: Police Philadelphia police are looking for a man in connection with an attempted sexual assault at the Cecil B. Moore Rec Center on Thursday, March 28.   Investigators believe the pictured man first encountered the juvenile victim at the Red Fox Corner Store, 2200 W. Lehigh Avenue, then attempted the assault four blocks away at the Rec Center, 2551 N. 22nd Street.  He is described as a black man in his mid-30s, about 5-foot-10 with a thin build and trimmed facial hair.
