MontCo Man Investigated For Child Porn Secretly Filmed Women During Sex, DA Says
A Montgomery County man who was being investigated for child pornography is also facing charges for secretly filming videos of adult women during his sexual encounters, authorities said. Authorities received a pair of cyber tips from National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding two Dropbox accounts in April 2021, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. An investigation confirmed the files were child porn, and the account and internet subscriber info for the IP address were traced to David Allshouse, 28, in Lower Frederick, authorities said. …
