Fatal Crash On Rt 22 At I-81 Ramp: PennDOT One person has died in a crash at an on-ramp to Interstate 81 North, Pennsylvania State Police spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice on Friday night, Nov. 8.  The multi-vehicle crash happened on US Route 22 West at the entrance ramp for I-81 North around 6 p.m., Schreffler detailed in the release.  The road was expected to be closed for at least four hours but reopened around 9:30 p.m., Schreffler said in an updated release.  The fatality was confirmed by Pennsylvania State Police but additional information as unavailable.  Check back here for possible update…

Child Under 5 Killed, 5 Others Injured In Lebanon House Fire (Developing) A child is dead and five other people — including four children — were hurt in a fire in Lebanon City on Friday morning Sept. 13, officials explained.  A child under the age of five died at the scene of the fire in the 1300 block of Brandywine Street, officials said. 30-Year-Old York Mom Killed In US Rt 30 Crash ID'd: Lancaster Coroner A 30-year-old mom woman is dead following a multiple-vehicle crash involving entrapment that closed all lanes of US Route 30 East in part of Lancaster County, authorities announced on Tuesday, June 4.  Dayanara Santiago most recently lived in the 200 block of South Duke Street of York City, according to Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber.
