Enraged Newville Man 'Waves Gun' At Tractor-Trailer Driver: Police An argument in a central Pennsylvania roadway quickly escalated when a man pulled out a gun, police say. Gary Allen Horick Jr., 43, of Newville, got into a fight with tractor-trailer driver on Tuesday, August 16, according to a release by the police. Police were called to reports of him "waving a firearm around in the intersection of Main Street and High Street in Newville Borough," as stated in the release.
