An 52-year-old employee at a retirement community broken into 12 homes, stole more than $30,000 worth of jewelry and pawned it, police announced on Monday, April 17, 2023. A 39-year-old Carlisle man shattered the plexiglass cell door at the Cumberland County Booking Center on Feb. 23, 2023, authorities say. Dakota Lee Roush, was being booked for public drunkenness in Middlesex Township when he "intentionally kicked a cell door causing the thick plexiglass to break," township police state in the release. A father left three small children in a car, according to Lower Allen police.
