Summer Lynn Heil, 37, was sentenced to 9 months to 3 years in a State Correctional Institution for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution, a felony, District Attorney Richard Wilson revealed. A high-speed crash on Interstate 81 southbound in East Pennsboro Township claimed the life of a 19-year-old Harrisburg man, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Sunday, Dec. 15.
The fatal crash occurred at mile marker 62.6 at approximately 9:43 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14, according to PSP Trooper Joshua Hoerner.
