New Details Released In Crash That Killed Levi R. Stoltzfus An Amish great-grandfather caused the crash that ended his life, East Earl Township explained in a release on Wednesday, Aug. 28.  Levi R. Stoltzfus, 81 Of Narvon, Killed In Horse-Buggy Crash An Amish man with a total of 92 children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was struck dead when his horse and buggy were struck by a BMW SUV, authorities told Daily Voice on Tuesday, Aug. 27. Levi R. Stoltzfus, 81, of Narvon, driving the buggy near the intersection of Sheep Hill Road and Springville Road in East Earl Township when he struck the SUV at 8:13 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 25, according to the police.
