Paul Waller, 39, of Wilmington, was taken into custody in Pennsylvania on Sunday, July 5, one day after the shooting in the 2100 block of Marsh Road in Wilmington, according to Delaware State Police.

A US Postal Service mail carrier and mother of two was kidnapped and killed while delivering mail just months after her husband's death, authorities said.
Brandi Reynolds, 35, was found dead at about 4:16 p.m. on Friday, June 26, the US Postal Inspection Service said in a news release. Her body was discovered in Hays, North Carolina, about 90 minutes west of Greensboro.
