The Chambersburg Electric Department shut off power within a perimeter that includes Wayne Avenue, Coldbrook Avenue, Cumberland Avenue, and Cleveland Avenue, authorities said. The crash occurred just after 2 p.m. near Dunkin' Donuts, involving two vehicles, according to the Franklin Fire Company. There's lane restriction on Interstate 81 following a multiple vehicle crash on Friday evening, Sept. 27, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice. Emergency crews were called to the scene of the crash on on I-81 southbound 1.1 miles north of Exit 57: PA 114 - Mechanicsburg at 6:08 p.m., according to PennDOT's 511PA.
