A 32-year-old man is being held on numerous charges and $1,000,000 in bail after a wild armed robber in Lebanon City, authorities announced on Thursday night.
Cesar Wilkins Romero-Colon, 32 of the 300 block of North Twelve Street, Lebanon, fled following an armed mugging in the 1100 block of Brandywine Street at 2:24 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, City police detailed in a release on Nov. 9.

A Philadelphia man accused of running from authorities during three separate traffic stops was taken into custody in Georgia, according to state police.
Andre Lamont Bailey, 43, was arrested on Friday, Aug. 25, officials said.

Arthur William Carter Jr. has run from police during drug, traffic, and related offenses in 2010, 2015, and 2018, court records show.

A 33-year-old Carlisle man stabbed his girlfriend, fled the scene, and led troopers on two pursuits, Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release on March 31, 2023.
Jonathan Michael Lepperd stabbed his girlfriend at a home in the 4100 block of Enola Road in Upper Frankford Township 8:10 a.m., that morning, according to the release.
