An auto repair shop owner has died after being struck by his own truck, the York County Coroner's Office announced on Friday, Sept. 27. Irl L. Therit, Jr., 63, of Hanover, passed away at WellSpan York Hospital at 3:11 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, according to a release by the coroner's office. Deputy Coroner Molly York was called to the hospital to investigate and certify the death.
