Suspected Heroin Overdose At Motel 6 Leads To Accused PA Drug Dealer A call about a possible drug overdose at a King of Prussia motel ended in one arrest earlier this month, according to Upper Merion police.  Authorities were dispatched to the Motel 6 on W. Dekalb Pike on Nov. 18 for a "suspicious person" possibly "under the influence of a controlled substance," the department said in a release.  They arrived and spoke with a woman in the lobby who "exhibit(ed) signs of heroin impairment," police said. NJ Man Sold Drugs At Bensalem Businesses For Months, Police Believe A New Jersey man faces multiple felony charges in Bucks County after authorities say he sold them drugs.  Desean D. Howard, a 35-year-old Trenton resident, was arrested after Bensalem police conducted a "controlled buy" on the 3600 block of Street Road on Tuesday, March 28, the department said.  Detectives with the department's Special Investigations Unit said they received information that Howard was selling heroin and fentanyl at businesses along Street Road "over the past few months."
