After Deadly Crash, Berks Driver Charged With Homicide By Vehicle While DUI: Police
A Wyomissing man was arrested in connection with a fatal crash in Spring Township last month, police said in a release. Jen-Chieh Sung, 20, is charged with homicide by vehicle while DUI and related offenses, according to authorities. Police said the single-car crash happened on Tulpehocken Road near Berkshire Boulevard on Feb. 17. The 2019 BMW veered off the road and hit a tree on the shoulder, killing one passenger, officials said.
