King of Prussia Contractor Who Stole $140K+ From NJ Homeowners Caught In Las Vegas: Police A Pennsylvania contractor was accused of stealing more than $140,000 from New Jersey homeowners who needed storm repairs, authorities said. James Silva, 50, was arrested by Las Vegas police on Thursday, Sept. 19, the Medford Township Police Department said in a news release.
