A Bushkill man has been charged in the shooting death of 17-year-old Garrett Sorrenti during a fight at a Stroudsburg Wawa on Nov. 30, police said in a release on Andrew Joseph Quattrochi, 25, was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 3, after turning himself in at Stroud Area Regional Police headquarters with his attorney, according to officials. Surveillance video from the Wawa on West Main Street captured the altercation that led to the fatal shooting, police said. A couple is accused of posting an online ad for sex work, prosecutors say. Suntoya Tucker and Betty Merwede were both charged with misdemeanor promoting prostitution and drug paraphernalia charges, according to the District Attorney's Office. Investigators claimed they responded to an ad Tucker posted on Oct. 24 and arranged to meet her at the Value Inn, 5219 Milford Road in Middle Smithfield. A judge in Pennsylvania will face criminal charges himself, after officials say he lied about where he lived in order to be appointed to the bench. John R. Caffese, who has served as Magisterial District Judge for Tobyhanna and Tunkhannock townships since July, was arraigned on Thursday, Dec. 1 on multiple felony offenses, said Monroe County District Attorney E.
