Child Under 5 Killed, 5 Others Injured In Lebanon House Fire (Developing) A child is dead and five other people — including four children — were hurt in a fire in Lebanon City on Friday morning Sept. 13, officials explained.  A child under the age of five died at the scene of the fire in the 1300 block of Brandywine Street, officials said. Chambersburg Mom-To-Be Killed When BF Falls Asleep At Wheel: PSP A 20-year-old passenger was 16 weeks pregnant when her partner fell asleep at the wheel and fatally crashed on Saturday, Sept. 7, according to her social media and Pennsylvania State Police.  Nadia Startzman, was in 19-year-old Tristen Armolt's 2004 Ford Freestar when he fell asleep, lost control of the vehicle, struck a utility pole with the front passenger side of the vehicle, and spun out — ejecting Startzman — she was pronounced dead at the scene, PSP Carlisle Trooper Luke Fiore explained in the release.  Armolt had been going east on Route 641/Newville Road at the t…

30-Year-Old York Mom Killed In US Rt 30 Crash ID'd: Lancaster Coroner A 30-year-old mom woman is dead following a multiple-vehicle crash involving entrapment that closed all lanes of US Route 30 East in part of Lancaster County, authorities announced on Tuesday, June 4.  Dayanara Santiago most recently lived in the 200 block of South Duke Street of York City, according to Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber.
