Hit-Run Badly Injures Bicyclist In Palmer Township: Police A driver fled the scene of an accident that left a bicyclist with serious injuries, said Palmer police. The victim was struck on South Greenwood Avenue below Charlotte Avenue around 10 p.m. on Tuesday night, July 16, according to authorities. No vehicle description was given.  Anyone who witnessed the crash or any neighbors who might have captured it on video are asked to call Officer J. Norristown Shooting Victim Recorded Video Of Killer, Police Say The Philadelphia man shot dead in Montgomery County Monday night recorded his killer on video, authorities say.  As Daily Voice has reported, 35-year-old Tyrone Guy was shot on West Main Street in Norristown at about 10 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21. He died of his injuries early Tuesday morning, officials said.  Now, Norristown police say Guy caught his killer on camera.  In the criminal complaint released Wednesday, Nov. 23, authorities said they found Guy's phone on the ground, still recording, at the scene of the crime.
