NJ Man Could Get Up to 146 Years In Prison For Sexually Assaulting Lehigh County Girl: DA
A New Jersey man is facing up to 146 years in jail after being convicted for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Lehigh County girl, according to a Friday, Nov. 15 news release.
Spartak A. Fedorovich, 38, of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, was found guilty of all charges relating to the sexual assault, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office.
Charges against Fedorovich stem from an investigation by Upper Saucon Township police who were dispatched to a home for a report of suspicious activity on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022 , according to the district attorney's news release.

An 18-year-old Phillipsburg resident was arrested in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, April 30 and charged with firing gunshots earlier this month, authorities said.
On Friday, April 12 at 10:15 p.m., Phillipsburg police responded to the 200 block of Stockton Street on a report of a shooting, Anthony Picione, Acting Warren County Prosecutor, said. While no one was shot, they confirmed a firearm was discharged, Picione said.
An investigation identified Javon Singletary as the suspect and he was apprehended in Bethlehem, PA, Picione said.

Authorities have named the motorcyclist who died after crashing on Route 22 on Wednesday, Feb. 8 in Palmer Township.
David Walton, 59, was heading east on the highway when he came across traffic congestion related to a separate accident around 4 p.m., township police said.
He lost control of his 2008 Harley Davidson and skidded across the road until crashing into a box truck, according to police. The bike came to rest under a separate car.

Joseph R. Hoagland, 68, suffered a medical emergency that led to a wreck in the parking lot of the William Penn Highway Weis, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.
Hoagland, of Wilson Borough, was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital - Anderson Campus where he passed from blunt force chest injuries on Wednesday, Jan. 31, authorities said. His death was ruled accidental.

A 44-year-old Phillipsburg man was arrested for selling heroin, crack-cocaine, and other drugs, authorities announced Thursday.
Paul Smith III was charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute heroin, second-degree possession with intent to distribute cocaine, two counts of distributing heroin, and obstruction, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said.
