A 34-year-old man has been identified after being fatally shot by an officer, the Pennsylvania State Police announced on Saturday. Payden Sells was shooting at the police when they returned fire killing him on Feb. 23, Trooper James Grothey detailed in a release. The family killed in a duplex fire in York City on Wednesday morning have been identified by the York County Coroner's office that evening. The trio trapped on the third floor was 24-year-old Victor Gonzalez, his 25-year-old wife Giavanna Ricobene, and his 17-year-old sister Gabriella Cruz, according to Gay.
