A state police officer received two years of probation after pleading guilty in connection with a 2022 road rage incident in Chester County, according to the District Attorney's Office. David Levy of Kennett Square will also be required to take an anger management class, prosecutors said in a release. A would-be thief is in police custody after authorities said he attacked a dollar store worker with a knife on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23. Police said 28-year-old Raphael Garcia walked into the Family Dollar at 1401 Allen Street around 2:45 p.m. and tried to steal merchandise. When an employee confronted him, authorities said Garcia slashed the worker's hand with a knife, causing a "minor laceration." A Philadelphia man is wanted by police in Montgomery County for stabbing a victim outside a Wawa store on Saturday, Oct. 8. It all went down around 8:50 a.m. at the store located on the 1300 block of E. Ridge Pike in Plymouth Township, local police said. Ivan Davonte Stephens Jr., 29, stabbed another man multiple times in the arm, back, and chest during an argument in the parking lot, according to police.
