One Killed, One Badly Injured In West Philly Shooting: Police One man was gunned down and another is in critical condition after gunfire rang out in a West Philadelphia neighborhood late on Wednesday, authorities say.  Police were dispatched to the 3900 block of Folsom Street in Mantua just after 9:45 p.m. on Feb. 15, the department told Daily Voice. Officers arrived to find two male victims with gunshot wounds, they said.  One victim, a 22-year-old, was shot multiple times in the chest, police said.
