Double-Fatal Crash: Man, Woman ID'd As Victims In Bridgeport A man and a woman riding a motorcycle were killed when a vehicle allegedly turned in front of them on a Connecticut roadway. The pair that was killed has been identified as 32-year-old Carlos Jean Parra Rodriquez of Stratford, with his 21-year-old passenger Deivi Suarez of Allentown, Pennsylvania. The Fairfield County crash occurred in Bridgeport around 6:20 p.m., Sunday, June 2, in the area of 1853 Stratford Ave. According to Sgt. Man ID'd After Fatal Fire In Pottstown: Coroner A 53-year-old man died after the early morning blaze in Pottstown on Thursday, May 30, according to officials.  Bradley Ludwig died from complications of thermal burns and smoke inhalation, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. The manner of death was ruled accidental.  Authorities have said the fire broke out on the fifth floor of the Robert P. Smith Towers, 501 High Street, just after 6 a.m. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.

Smith Towers, 501 High Street, just after 6 a.m., according to borough officials.  They arrived to find a blaze on the fifth floor and began "rescue and fire suppression efforts," authorities said.  The state police and Pottstown borough fire marshals are investigating the cause.
