Woman Charged After Fight Spills Into Parking Lot At Forks Township Giant
A woman accused of chasing another woman through the parking lot of a Giant store in Forks Township is facing multiple charges, police announced on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
Forks Township police were called to the store at 301 Town Center Boulevard in Easton on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, around 3:24 p.m., for a reported disturbance involving two people fighting inside, authorities said.
When officers arrived, they saw a woman chasing another woman outside the store. After separating the two and investigating, police identified the aggressor as 36-year-old Danielle Varju, according to the release.

Jessica Blair Turtzo, 42, was stopped on Sullivan Trail and Zucksville Road on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, at 8:16 p.m., during a DUI enforcement detail, Forks Township police said.

A New Jersey man is accused of sexually abusing a child in the basement of a Lehigh Valley home last New Year's Eve.
John R. Grossmith, 42, of Stewartsville, NJ, is charged with unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault of a person under 13, and corruption of minors, Forks Township police said in a release.
On Jan. 18, Northampton County Children, Youth and Family Services alerted the department to possible abuse involving Grossmith and a child in the township, police said.
