Motorcyclist Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash On I-78 (

A 30-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a three-vehicle accident on Interstate 78 on Wednesday, authorities say. The motorcycle, a tractor-trailer, and a Honda Pilot were involved in a wreck near Exit 58 around 11:45 a.m., according to state police. The Lehigh County Coroner's Office said the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said he was a Coppersburg resident but did not report his name Wednesday. The 59-year-old tractor-trailer driver and the 42-year-old in the Honda were not injured, troopers added. I-78 was closed until about 3:30 p.m.…

Roadwork Ahead: Police Announce Detours In Doylestown
Detours are in effect on Monday and Tuesday, April 15 and 16, according to Doylestown police. Almshouse Road closed from Upper State Road to Lower State Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days for road work, borough police said. Drivers should use Upper State Road, Bristol Road, and Lower State Road instead. Local access will be maintained, but backups and delays will occur, officials said. The first lady will pay a visit to Allentown ahead of the midterm elections, officials have announced. Dr. Jill Biden will speak at a joint campaign event for Rep. Susan Wild, D-7, and Rep. Madeleine Dean, D-4, at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7, her team said in a release.
