The Pub on Main in Macungie made the announcement through a local Facebook page on Sunday, May 1.
The post on "What's going on in the Lehigh Valley" cited a staff shortage as the cause for the abrupt closure.
"There just aren’t enough people to work today," the post reads "And many of our employees are expecting and onto their next chapter and we are beyond happy for them! Thank you for all your support over the years."
The business' Facebook page seems to have been deleted.
