Marc Masich, 48, of Amherst, NY, was sentenced Wednesday, July 29, after admitting to a six-bank robbery spree that targeted financial institutions in Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery counties during late 2024, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced.

An Albany man has been convicted of stabbing a Taco Bell worker while attempting to steal food from the fast food joint, authorities said.
Ahmad Morton, 34, pretended to be a DoorDash delivery worker alongside his girlfriend, 21-year-old Aryonna Rivera, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said Wednesday, July 29.
Morton and Rivera entered the Taco Bell on Wolf Road in Colonie on Nov. 9, 2025, around 11:30 p.m., investigators said. While inside, they started collecting mobile food orders, according to authorities.

Christopher Selig, 46, and Amy Noonan, 48, both of Cohoes, were booked following the altercation Wednesday, July 22 at Emma Jayne’s Restaurant in Halfmoon, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office said.
Deputies responded to a disturbance call at the restaurant around 10 p.m. and attempted to place Selig in custody, authorities said.

Sirell Fiel, 41, of Day, was charged with two counts of overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals; failure to provide proper sustenance, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office said.
Deputies searched Fiel’s York Road home on Tuesday, July 21 and found a dead cat and a malnourished dog, investigators said. Four other cats and the dog were seized with a court order, according to authorities.

Morgan Lange, 34, of Glenville, copped to second-degree vehicular manslaughter and evidence tampering in the death of Joshua Soden on Sept. 8, 2025, the Saratoga County District Attorney’s office said.
