Ford is recalling more than 148,000 vehicles across the US after two major defects were linked to increased crash risks, officials said.

The identities have been released of three people who were killed when a small aircraft crashed near a busy stretch of I-95 in Florida.
The incident happened around 10:20 a.m. Friday, April 11, in Boca Raton, and created a large plume of smoke visible for miles.
