Traffic Alert: Bridge Replacement To Close Roadway In Region Drivers should note that a section of a Sullivan County roadway will be closed for a bridge replacement. The replacement will occur in the town of Cochecton on County Road 115—Odell Road. Expect Delays: Work Starts At Busy Hudson Valley Intersection Traffic will likely be slowed at a busy intersection in the Hudson Valley as crews begin road work.  The intersection of Seminary Hill Road and Church Street in the Putnam County town of Carmel will be held up by road work that began on Wednesday, July 24, according to the Carmel Highway Department. Highway Department officials advised motorists in the area to "be patient and allow extra time" as the work may hold up traffic.
