Rockland Driver Charged In Wild Palisades Parkway Road-Rage Crash Caught On Dashcam Video
A driver from Rockland County who survived a horrific crash on the Palisades Interstate Parkway following a miles-long viral-video encounter has been charged, authorities confirmed.
