Michelle Squillante, 46, was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of stolen property and grand larceny after the department received a complaint on Sunday, Nov. 1, regarding a stolen business check, said Lt. Keith Williams.
According to the investigation following the complaint, police found that Squillante had stolen the check, forged his name and cashed it for $2,195.04 without his permission, Williams said.
