The incident occurred in Rockland County at 8:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29, near the Spring Valley Commons apartment complex. According to Spring Valley Police Det. Oil Truck Driver Pinned Under Truck Severely Injured At Hudson Valley Home, Police Say An oil delivery truck driver pinned under his truck when it rolled over him at a Hudson Valley home was critically injured. The incident occurred in Rockland County on Thursday, Oct. 31, around 9:30 a.m. near 88 Buckingham Court, in Pomona. Dutchess County resident Shyquan J. Collins, age 32, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Oct. 31, by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. According to Det. Sgt.
