Two 24-year-olds from New Jersey were killed after being struck by a subway train in Manhattan early Sunday morning, Sept. 13, authorities said.
According to the NY Post, video shows Navam Kaul, of Sayreville, and Malaika Chitre, of Dayton, sitting on the tracks moments before they were struck by the train just before 3:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 13.

A suicidal Hudson Valley man who threatened to attack police was arrested for violating a protection order and having guns, authorities said.
Andrew K. Chamberlain, 52, of Ulster Park, was arrested Monday, Sept. 7 at his home, New York State Police said.
Chamberlain initially threatened to attack the police in a call with a local mental health provider, in which he said, “I’ll just have them shoot me," and "I will fight them all,” according to court documents filed by state police.
