School Bus Collides With Vehicle On I-287 In Harrison (Developing) A school bus collided with another vehicle on a ramp leading to Interstate 287 in Westchester, firefighters said. The crash happened on Friday, Jan. 10 a little after 8 a.m. on the ramp leading to I-287 West from Westchester Avenue in Harrison, according to 511NY.  The West Harrison Fire Department confirmed that the collision involved a school bus and another vehicle. Child Struck By Turning Vehicle, Taken To Hospital In Yonkers: Police A child was struck by a vehicle while crossing a street in Westchester, police said. The incident happened in Yonkers around 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 9, when the child ran ahead of their guardian while crossing the street at the intersection of North Broadway (Route 9) and Robert Lane and was struck by a vehicle traveling at a low speed, according to Yonkers Police Sgt.
