A brand-new report by "The Athletic" found Dianna Russini, one of its lead NFL reporters, violated the outlet's standards by not disclosing her relationship with New England Patriots Head Coach Mike Vrabel.

Nassau Teen Punched, Kicked Woman Unconscious In Brutal Late-Night Attack: Police
A Long Island teenager was arrested for punching another young woman in the face early Thursday, Sept. 3, police said.
Ceinaa Jayde Adena Curtis, 19, of Freeport, got into an argument with a 20-year-old woman just before 1 a.m. in Westbury, the Nassau County Police Department said.
Curtis punched the woman in the face multiple times, shoved her to the ground, then kicked her multiple times and knocked her unconscious, cops said. She then fled the scene, according to investigators.
Officers located Curtis and the victim a short time later and cuffed Curtis without incident, authorities said…
$919K Wired By Nassau Woman In India Scam; Queens Suspect Charged
A 70-year-old Nassau County woman wired nearly $1 million after scammers told her she was implicated in a crime in India, police said.
The victim received a call saying she needed to withdraw money to resolve the supposed criminal matter, Nassau County Police said.
Between Monday, June 29, and Monday, July 27, she withdrew and wired a total of $919,200, according to detectives.
The scammers contacted her again on Tuesday, Sept. 1, directing her to buy an additional $300,000 in gold bars and coins, police said.
That time, the Hicksville woman realized it was a scam and called police.

LI Dealer Admits Supplying Crack To 14-Year-Old Sex Trafficking Victim In Plea Deal
A Long Island man pleaded guilty to giving crack cocaine to a 14-year-old girl as part of a sprawling sex trafficking case on Wednesday, Sept. 2.
Robert Knowles, 64, of Bay Shore, cut a plea deal in the case, copping to child endangerment in exchange for a 364-day jail term, Newsday reported. He faced a top count of second-degree rape, which he repeatedly denied.
Knowles also took a plea deal in a separate drug distribution case, which carries a seven-year prison sentence at a hearing next Wednesday, Sept. 9, according to online court records and a previous Newsday report.

Erin Piacenti was on her first day back following maternity leave when she was fatally stabbed in Times Square on Monday, Aug. 31.
