Nassau Girl, 17, Followed By LI Creep Who Stared At Her For 'Lewd Act': Police
A Long Island man followed a teen girl and committed a lewd act in front of her, police said.
Justin Sullivan, 28, of Levittown, was following the 17-year-old girl while she was out for a run on Tuesday, July 21, the Nassau County Police Department said.
The teen noticed Sullivan’s 2013 Nissan Rogue trailing her and spotted the car again when she returned to her home in Merrick, where it was parked out front, cops said. Inside, the girl saw Sullivan with his pants off “committing a lewd act” while looking at her, police said.

Bribery Trial For Nassau Men Charged With Paying Off NYC Mayor Aide Delayed
The bribery trial for two Long Island hotel operators and former NYC mayor chief of staff Frank Carone has been delayed.
Carone’s lawyers said Nassau County residents Yan Po Zhu and Crystal Chen requested the delay to allow themselves more time to prepare, AM New York reported. Judge Kiyo Matsumoto agreed and moved the date from Aug. 24 to May 3, 2026, at a hearing on Monday, July 27.
Zhu, 51, of Glen Head, and Chen, 39, of East Williston, are accused of bribing Carone and his brother Anthony to influence former mayor Eric Adams.

A Nassau County man’s weekend trip to Montauk ended with his arrest on domestic violence charges, according to police.
Spencer Adler, 34, of Woodbury, choked a woman and tore off her necklace around 4 a.m. Saturday, July 11, the East Hampton Police Department announced Monday, July 27.
Adler attacked the woman on a boat slip on Star Island Road, and when cops arrived about two hours later, he ran inside the boat and slammed a door in an attempt to barricade himself inside, authorities said.

The son of an NFL coach has been arrested for a shooting at the family home in Virginia, Daily Voice has learned.
Eric Bieniemy's wife, Mia Bieniemy, 57, was reportedly shot by their son Elijah Zion Bieniemy, 27, on Sunday, July 26, in the 20000 block of Northpark Drive, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office and ESPN. Eric Bieniemy is the Kansas City Chiefs' offensive coordinator.
Deputies were called shortly after 7:30 p.m. on July 26 to the home, where there were reports of gunshot wounds. One woman was treated and rushed to an area hospital.
