Sullivan County resident Paul A. Ellis, age 38, of Monticello, was charged with burglary and petit larceny on Monday, Oct. 14. According to Monticello Police Lt. Mark Johnstone, an investigation into a Dunkin' burglary at 144 Jefferson St. in Monticello on Thursday, Oct. 10, found that Ellis forced his way through the drive-thru window when the business was closed. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L.
