East Fishkill PD Holds Active Shooter Training At John Jay HS East Fishkill Police Department recently completed its annual active shooter / active violence response training.  The training was conducted throughout the week at John Jay High school.  Agencies involved included the Putnam County Sheriff Department, Town of Kent Police Department, Town of Carmel Police Department, Village of Cold Spring Police Department and the Village of Brewster Police Department.  In a Facebook post, East Fishkill PD wrote: "Special thanks to the Wappingers Central School District for allowing police officers to train in local schools for the past 10 years, to …
