66-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man Hit, Killed While Walking A man was hit and killed by a vehicle while walking in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Orange County at around 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, at Industrial Drive and Fortune Road East in Wallkill. According to Lt. It happened at around 7:40 a.m. Saturday, July 27 on a stretch of I-84 in Orange County.
