Shrub Oak Man With Suspended License Charged With Drug Possession In Putnam
A Westchester County man is facing a drug charge after being busted with unprescribed prescription medication during a traffic stop in Putnam Valley. Shrub Oak resident Devin West, 31, was stopped at approximately 9:20 a.m. on Monday, April 22 when he committed a traffic violation on Wood Street, Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley, Jr., announced.
