Pascuali, 29, and Jahmal A. Lee, 27, were taken into custody about 10:55 p.m. on Monday, according to police. The pair are accused of stealing $63 and $42, respectively, from the store, according to police. Both Pascuali and Lee were arraigned in Ulster Town Court, where was charged with petty larceny, according to police.
